How it works

Cloud’s authentication is built on Neon Auth, which supports SSO connectors for enterprise identity providers. With a connector configured, members sign in through your IdP and land in Cloud already authenticated, with their role applied.

Availability

SSO connectors are an enterprise capability. If you need SSO for your organization, get in touch through the enterprise contact form and the team will help provision a connector for your provider.

SSO composes with RBAC: the identity provider establishes who a user is, and Cloud’s role hierarchy decides what they can do.
